LSR designs and manufactures large-tonnage shackles and turnbuckles to customer project requirements — not stock items scaled up, but engineered around the actual load case, geometry and service environment our client supplies.

The heavy turnbuckles shown here were produced for a customer project at 100-200T and have now shipped for on-site acceptance.

What we bring to oversized rigging:

• Drop forged alloy steel, quenched and tempered throughout • Proof load tested, with material and load test certificates • Hot dip galvanized, or coating to your specification • Permanent WLL marking and full batch traceability • OEM / ODM — non-standard dimensions, thread forms, packaging and marking

Big tonnage leaves no room for guesswork. Every unit is made against the drawing, tested before it leaves the floor, and documented so your inspector can sign it off.
